Wee Ones – Volunteer
Thank you for your interest in serving during the 2010 Wee Ones Care & Share event. We are grateful for your interest, involvement and enthusiasm about reaching people for Christ!
Below you will find information regarding the available volunteer positions as well as forms to sign up for the areas in which you are interested in serving. All volunteers will receive the tools they need to assist them with their specific tasks. Please pray about how you can use your God-given talents in this event!
VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
Volunteers are needed to help in a number of ways:
Pre-Event Volunteer Positions
These volunteer positions are available now through the day of the event.
• Contacting consignment shops
• Shopping Garage Sales
• Picking up donations
• Providing a Storage Facility
• Clerical Work
• Providing a Truck for Move-In Day
• Helping on Move-In Day
• Cleaning Big Items
• Sorting Donations – Sorting through the donations that have been collected for the event is a huge task that requires a number of volunteers. This year’s sorting dates are Saturday, July 24th through Friday, July 30th. We need approximately 25 people per day to make this a success!
Event Day Volunteer Positions
This year’s event is Saturday, July 31st, 2010 at Saylorville Baptist Church. The serving times are between 8:00am – 3:00pm (unless otherwise specified). For a detailed description of each position, see the Let Me Help link in the RESOURCES section below.

Host/Hostess Training Day (English):
Date: Tuesday, July 6th, 2010
Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Addition Info: This training is for volunteers who will be serving as a Host/Hostess the day of the Wee Ones event. It will help prepare you as well as provide you with the materials you will need for the event. The only thing you need to bring with to the training is a Bible.
Host/Hostess Training Day (Spanish):

Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
