The youth are starting a new 8 week Bible study tonight at 4:30pm. This is separate from Wednesday night’s “The Mix” that starts at 6:30pm. Nine students have previously signed up and will begin a study called “Crazy Love” by Francis Chan. This study focuses on walking deeper with Christ. Please be praying for these students as they study God’s Word.
Also, a meal is provided each night for this study by volunteers from the church. We are still looking for people to provide meals. If you can supply a 9 person meal by 5:30pm at the church for one of these nights, please contact the Youth Pastor, Brad Pausley at brad@saylorvillebaptist.com.

Faith Lift: Proclamation 2010!

Expect to be challenged and encouraged in the area of evangelism! Judie Colyer from Ankeny E-Free Church will be speaking to us from God’s Word, along with sharing many of her life examples of how the Lord has led her to share the gospel with many of her friends and neighbors. Judie’s stories will inspire and lift you up as you hear how she took a desire to witness to an action obeying the Lord to just do it! God has blessed her actions with many souls that are now on their way to see the Savior! Lord willing, her passion will rub off on us as we listen to God speak through her!
We hope to see you all for a weekend of encouragement, fellowship, and fun for Faith Lift: Proclamation!

Shine Family Fun Night

Enjoy a fun night out with parents and kids from Shine at Family Fun Night on Saturday, March 6th from 6:30-8:30pm at The Playground in Ankeny (by Outback Steakhouse). The Playground is an indoor bounce house, tree house, ball pit play facility for kids. The cost is $2 per child at the door. Kids through 5th grade are invited. Parents are free.
