This Sunday, July 4th, there will be only one service for Celebration Sunday! This service will be held at 9:00am and there will be no evening services. Please join us in celebrating Christ our Savior!
Backyard BBQ & Car Show

Our annual Backyard BBQ & Car Show will be held June 26th on the south lawn of Saylorville Baptist Church. It will include free food, fellowship and car show. The car show starts at 11:00am, a free lunch is at 12:00pm and awards will be handed out at 2:00pm. All neighbors, friends and family are welcome! Trent Smith Concert – June 27th

Trent Smith, a former Music Pastor at Saylorville, will be doing a concert on June 27th at 6:00pm. It will last until approximately 7:30pm and will be held in the main auditorium. We have an outdoor celebration service scheduled that day so there will be no other evening activities. The concert is free and open to anyone. We will be taking up a free will offering at the end of the service and Trent will have CDs available. Check out the video below for a preview.
Men’s Memorial Day Bike Ride

Every year Saylorville hosts a Men’s Bike Ride on Memorial Day morning (May 31st). Come to fellowship with other men and to stretch your body & your mind. This year we are riding the High Trestle Trail to Madrid trail starting at 7:00am from Mike Woehl’s house (see directions below). Ride as far as you wish but we will begin eating breakfast (steak, eggs, rolls, juice & coffee) at 9:00am and testimonies begin at 9:45am. We plan to be done around 10:30am. If you wish to ride the entire trail, the total round trip is 3-4 hours. You will either need to start earlier or you will miss breakfast.
We are also making a special welcome to men who have no desire in riding but want to come to fellowship and eat. We still need you to sign up so that we can plan for food.

Vacation Bible School Registration

Vacation Bible School is Sunday, June 6th – Thursday, June 10th from 6:00-8:30pm here at the church. VBS is for kids Kindergarten through 5th Grade. Click on the button below to register your kids.

Jeanette Castleberry’s Visitation and Funeral

Jeanette Castleberry’s visitation and funeral are scheduled for this Monday, May 3rd at SBC. There will be a public visitation from 10:00am-11:00am immediately followed by the funeral at 11:00am. There will then be a lunch served at 11:45am, again here at the church. The family will then leave for a private burial at 1:00pm. Please continue in prayer for Doug, Nathaniel and their family throughout the weekend.

Join us on Easter Sunday, April 4th, 2010 as we celebrate “The Miracle that Changes Everything”. This year we will be having two morning services with a free continental breakfast before both services. Times and details are listed below. Invite your friends and family. Hope to see you then!
First Service Breakfast – 8:00am
First Service – 9:00am
Second Service Breakfast – 10:15am
Second Service – 10:45am
No Evening Activities
If you are coming to the breakfast, please come to the one before the service you will be attending. This will help us with parking, space and overall flow.
Parking Information. Due to weather and parking issues we will be shuttling people from other parking lots. These include Woodland Hills East Parking Lot & the VFW’s West Parking Lot. Please see the map below for more details. We want to make parking as easy and simple as possible. We will have many volunteers to help you park and direct you to the breakfast and worship time. Parking for seniors and guests will be available in all our main lots.
